WILL NOT REFUND SUBSCRIPTION

AVOID THIS COMPANY – THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT ANY RECOURSE. THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FROM YOUR ACCOUNT PAGE. I was shocked when I got an email thanking me for my order (which I did not authorise nor receive a notification of an upcoming charge with the option to cancel). I wrote to them immediately asking them to cancel my subscription (this was Jan 16th 2024 – it’s now the 30th of Jan 2024 and it’s STILL pending cancellation) and refund me. Took a days to reply to me – telling me they were within their rights to take my money and sorry that I didn’t get their notification (which they never proved they sent). Fuming! Gross, greedy and dodgy. AVOID. Check out their terms and conditions, very vague. There is NO WAY to cancel your subscriptions from their website!!
