Will not save after adding Dropdown field

    I use WP Forms on several websites and have never encountered this issue. When I add a drop-down field, it will not save. Just says something went wrong and contact support if behavior persists. I uninstalled the plugin, installed it again but same issue

    If I add a checkbox, no issues. It saves the form. If I go back to add a dropdown it won’t save.

    At this point, I don’t know what else I can do.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Hi @lukedouglas,

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble there.

    In most cases, these errors are caused by a failed Ajax request from WPForms to your server but it is very odd that this only seems to affect the dropdown field. Would you mind sharing some screenshots from the network tab on your browser’s developer console containing the response being received for any failed request?
