    Hi there. Any troubleshooting suggestions for why it would not be saving any customising? I have tried with the default and a premium theme and disabled all plugins but I get the same thing – It just does not save. I have used this plugin before so familiar with its use. I’m stumped so any advice would be appreciated.

    When you click on the update button on our settings page, the settings are stored with Javascript. So when your environment does not save the settings, I think that something went wrong with the Javascript. If that is the case, there is probably some information about the error in your browsers console. Can you let us know if there is any debug information?

    Hello, I added a custom column called REFERENCE and enabled inline editing, but because the header column of the orders table is a hyperlink, the popup appears but before I can edit the value of the column, the page jumps to the physical order itself. Can I disable the hyperlinking from that column somehow? The end result is that I cannot edit/save the reference number directly, which is the sole reason I purchased Admin Columns Pro. Thanks.

    Thanks for the tip for looking at the error log. You were right. It turned out to be a firewall block from the host. All good now so thanks for that.
