Will not send newsletter

  • So we have been using mail poet for a number of weeks and love it. In the last week we have imported about 200 users and tried to send a news letter. The preview sends the newsletter mac all looks fine. The scheduled time to send counts down and passes but the newsletter does not send.

    I have tried deleting and recreating the post but still the same issue.

    We have been sending another weekly newsletter to about 50 users and all works fine. Any ideas where I need to look to solve?

    Hi there,

    Really sorry for the late reply, we’ve been very busy.

    The newsletter you sent to the 50 users, was that also scheduled? Or was it a manual send?

    If you’ve got a low volume of traffic to the site, it could mean the scheduler isn’t working properly.
