Will Not Uninstall From Cart Costs Table

  • I have uninstalled this plugin, but it will not remove itself from the Cart Totals table.
    Add any product, then go to the cart https://evansceramics.com/cart-2/ and the plugin still shows as being active, but it was actually deactivated and then uninstalled.

    How can I fix this?
