• My php code requires minor additions once a month or so. This is the first change I have had to make since updating this plugin to version 1.2.0. I made my change, hit the “Update this code” button, it went to “Updating…” and then nothing. It stays at updating for ever. The previous version of this plugin always worked perfectly. Is there any way I can install the older version? Or fix this version? Please!!!

    Hi Pgnswm,

To help me find the cause of your issue, please can you tell me:

    – Your browser and version
    – Your Operating System
    – Your WordPress Version

Also, if you are technically minded, can you tell me the response from the AJAX call?

    Thanks

I am using Safari (v7.0.1) on a iMac running Mavericks (v10.9.1).
WordPress (v3.8.1) is running on a shared server (Apache).
I have no idea what AJAX is.

I found a work around by creating a new snippet with the entire original php code plus my addition – the plugin did create it. I then updated the shortcode in my webpage.

What did not work was the update code function when I made the addition to the php code that was there from the previous version of the plugin. In the past these updates worked fine so the only change was the plugin update to version 1.2.0.

    Okay,

I will add an option to turn off AJAX updating in the next release.

As a stop-gap solution, you can download the previous version here:
