Will pay for someone to help with this feature

I’m currently using Cforms to gather information here: https://bloginterviewer.com/submit-an-interview

The information get sent to both my email and is saved in the database.

I have been manually copying and pasting them into posts so that they all look like this: https://bloginterviewer.com/randomness/i-have-no-name-kim

So in other words I paste a new image in and replace the text under the “image questions”. I also put a new url at the bottom since these are interviews about different blogs.

My question is this: is there any way to make this process easier, like having a custom post template and having the form data automatically fill in in the appropriate places?
