Will the plugin be continued?

  • After using the plugin for a couple of years, I’d like to continue using it – my site will become renewed. But I’d like to ask first:
    Since the last update was 11 months ago, will the plugin be updated to the current WordPress version?

    I did manage to get in contact with the developer:

    “I’m glad you find the Delightful Downloads useful. I’m afraid I don’t have any plans to update it at the moment. I just don’t have the time to commit to it anymore.

    So for the time being, its not going to be updated. So maybe some time in the future, but not for now. But be ready to look for another plugin at some point also.
