    I am looking for a plugin to create personal profiles. All the same format. Or from a limited choice of personal profile templates. similar templates.

    And to display them so visitors to the site can see all the members’ personal profiles.

    Would prefer to be searchable, by location. Or another criteria.

    Will this plugin do this?

    Can I limit the front-end so users can only upload specific content?

    Can site visitors search the listed profiles based on location?

    If not this plugin. then can you recommend another plugin that can do what I want?

    This plugin is good to display photos as gallery and to create own gallery layouts.

    As to your requirement
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/flexi/ is somewhat near to achieve.

    Can search by location and other custom fields.
    Create multiple forms (image, video, url) as to your requirement.
    Install buddypress or ultimate-member to see gallery on their profile.
