    Hello,

    Loved this plugin when I first found it. Put it on two clients’ websites and they loved it, too. Now I seem to get a text from the clients every other day asking where the chatbot has gone.

    Any idea if this plugin will be fixed anytime soon? I’ve previously followed the directions given to other people to fix their chatbots and I’d rather not have to do this every couple days.

    I’ve just followed the directions to disconnect and reconnect and to refresh connection to Facebook via the Settings page, etc… The chatbot is still not showing on the website.

    The script should be in the source code in order plugin to work, please follow the steps:

    1. Go to Appearance -> Theme (or Theme Editor)
    2. Find on the right panel Theme Header (header.php)
    3. Paste in between <head> and </head> tags
    <script async=”async” src=”https://static.mobilemonkey.com/js/353004158437.js”></script&gt;

    Because you have 3 different domains and I am not sure if they have the same hosting or not, please make sure the changes are uploaded to them all.

    I have this same problem. Bot was working fine and now it is gone for no reason. I have tried the script and this does not work.

    You can’t use provided script because it is unique to each page, for sure this won’t be working for you.

    In order to make the chat plugin appear please try the following:
    1. Disconnect the page
    2. Log out of FB
    3. Log in to FB
    4. Connect the page

    To get the script, you need to go to web version https://app.mobilemonkey.com/
    Then Lead Magnets/ Customer Chat Widgets and copy code from there.

    I have the same issue since the latest version was installed. It is very intermittent and generally does not load. I have also noticed my website is loading much slower.

    It also deleted all of the POST, PAGE IDS TO HIDE when I updated.

    Chat plugin is removed in case it was not correctly connected (e.g. one page connected to two wp-chatbots etc.)
    What you need to do is:
    1. Disconnect the page
    2. Log out of FB
    3. Log in to FB
    4. Connect the page

    Because you didn’t provide a website link, I can’t say what else might go wrong. But better double-check dev console if it has any errors. In case the issue persists, provide website link and link to the Facebook page.

    I tried steps 1-4. It did not make any difference. I have now had to deactivate the plugin from my site due to the page load speed increasing by 2 seconds. Hopefully you can fix the issues soon.

    Thank you for your response. It appears that this plugin is pretty broken now. It seems to work on the front end for the time being; however, in the dashboard, I am seeing the gigantic “Uh oh” banner and nothing I do will remove it. And the only WP-Chatbot page I can access in the dashboard just says, “Connect to your Facebook page… This is the page that will receive messages from your website visitors.” There are no settings pages and the only way to see that it is connected to the correct Facebook account is to check the actual website.
