Hi Martin and thanks in advance for your help.
I’m using Woocommerce in the Divi builder.

On this page, I have the “Brand” option and several choices. When a Brand is chosen, the buyer is then to choose a graphic. Currently all the graphic for all the brands are there. When a graphic is chosen for the brand, the image is show in the image window on the page. If a graphiuc is chosen and it’s not associated with that brand, nothing sows up.

What I would like to happen is:
    1. When a brand is chosen, only the graphics associated with that brand show up in the graphics option and when one is chosen the image is visible. So when the brand changes, the grap[hic options change with that choice.
    2. If the quantity changes, would love the price to change accordingly.

    Is this possible?
    Appreciate your help,

    Steve

    Hi @justimagine01

Can you tell me what I should select to see it? I also do not see our plugin active on the page. Looks like you are using another plugin to add the options to your product.

    Hi Maarten,
    Thanks for your reply.

I do not your plugin as of yet because I wanted to see if it could work first.
Please select a brand, such as Aire Serv the first one listed. When you go select a graphic the first two are Aire Serv graphics only, but you see all the b rands graphic options listed. So if you choose the first graphic option “ASV Cool Home” you see that show up in the image window which is correct.
    1. What I want to happen is, when you select a brand such as Aire Serv, I only want the first two options under graphics be the only ones showing there, so the first two options and all the rest hidden.
    2. When you select another brand, only the graphics that go with that brand will be shown.
Can I do that with your plugin in Divi/WooCommerce/Wordpress?

    3. it would also be great if when someone chooses a quuanity of say two, the price would adjust accordingly.
    Hoping that makes sense.

    Sincerely,
    Steve

    Hi @justimagine01,

We appreciate your interest in the plugin.

All of those features are only available with the paid version that you can check here.

While this is not the right place to talk about the paid version, but we can tell you more about the feature you are looking for if you open up a ticket in our support platform.

Thank you for understanding, and looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Hi Robert,

On the free version to tryit out can I get the results like in the demo for Custom Travel Package (conditional logic)?
    Thanks,
    Steve

    Hi @justimagine01

Partially, yes. It has conditional logic and pricing features. I doesn’t have the “image swatch” field type though.

    Hi Maarten or Robert,
I am totally impressed with your service and caring. At first, I just want to try this version to see how it works and then move up to the pro.
    One other question I have:
I am using this with the Divi theme, and wanted to use the plugin in the Divi Builder template, will it work in the builder template to apply to a category of products?
    Thanks again,
    Steve

I’m hoping you don’t give up on me! if I can do what I intend, I plan on the paid version for all that I want to accomplish, but need to know I can see how things are done first.

I downloaded this version to see if I could get it to work to some degree and I’m having issues.
    This the test page: https://yourexhibitstore.com/nbly/product/the-standard-copy/
This is being done in the Divi Builder.
    1. I created 2 field groups Brands & Graphics.
    2. On this page for this project you can see the variables already set-up :Product Option, Brand an graphics. As you can see, under graphics, all the graphiucs are listed for all the brands, which is not what I want.
Question: Do those variables somehow get integrated into the plugin or should the product variables be deleted?

    3. The goal is for:
The buyer to select a brand.
Then in the graphics dropdown only the graphic associated with that brand will be shown.
Then I would like once that graphic is chosen, that graphic will be show in the main image window.
Is this possible and if so I do I accomplish it?
If it’s not please let me know and I’ll look elsewhere to try and accomplish it, but I need to get it done.
    Thanks, Steve

    Hi @justimagine01

I think what you want is to display different fields (options) based on the variation selected? This is possible but – I apologize – this is a pro-only feature: https://i.snipboard.io/Qx0192.jpg

I’m sorry to push our paid version so much, it’s not my intention! I just think your use-case is sadly not solvable with our free version.

    (@justimagine01)

    Maarten,
Very appreciated. I totally understand, free options versus paid.
But before committing, I would appreciate an answer to the question I had regarding variables (see previous message).
I just would like the basic, wanting to see only the graphic options only for a particular brand, conditional hide see. That should be able to be done with the free version? I just want to see some work and how to do that.
    Thanks.

    Hi @justimagine01

What you want is possible with our plugin, yes. But then you have to switch from a Variable product to a Simple product and remake your variations with our plugin (instead of using the WooCommerce variations feature). This is indeed all possible with the free version.

    Thread Starter justimagine01

    (@justimagine01)

Great just to try, is there a tutorial or documentation on how to do that?

    Plugin Author Maarten

    (@maartenbelmans)

I think you need our Conditional Logic tutorial ??

    Thread Starter justimagine01

    (@justimagine01)

    Hi Maarten,
I looked at the tutorial, thanks for suggesting. I created a simple product as you suggested. I do have some screen shots of my set-up, but no way to attach them to this message. here is the link to the product: https://yourexhibitstore.com/nbly/product/the-standard-copy/
Created two fields which are showing up. What I’d like to do but can’t seem to figure out, is When under brands Aire Serv is selected, I’d like the graphic ASV-Cool Home to just show up. When I go to set-up conditions, I don’t see the choice when Aire Serv is chosen only show ASV-Cool Home. What I see only the choice of Brands value equal to and the choice of Brands there.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thread Starter justimagine01

    (@justimagine01)

    Hi Maarten and team,
I realize you all are probably very busy, but before I invest my time in a product, I want to make sure I can get at least a basic handle on it. If you can get to me to that place, it would be appreciated and then I will be confident enough to invest both my time and money in your product as I have several sites I will be using this on.
If you’re not going to follow-up, can you please just let me know and then I’ll look elsewhere for a solution.
    Thanks.

    (@maartenbelmans)

    Hi @justimagine01

We’re still here to help. ??

Maybe I misunderstand your question but I think this part of our conditional logic tutorial is what you need to know: https://www.studiowombat.com/knowledge-base/how-to-implement-conditional-logic-for-your-apf-fields/#conditional-logic-for-field-options

In short: you can’t place conditional logic on each individual option (as that would be a performance nightmare on the page). Instead, you make multiple “Graphics” fields, each with their own options and place conditional settings on the field itself. The end result is the same as what you want to achieve, just a different way of thinking about it. ??

So in your case, you would create 2 “Graphics” fields. One with the option “ASV-Cool Home” and then another one with the option “DVW Dryer”. Then you place conditional logic on them. The first should be shown when Brand “Aire Serv” is selected. The other one should be shown when Brand “Dryer Vent Wizard” is selected.

    Hope that makes sense!
