Will updating plugin delete existing data and settings?

Are you sure this is the version you are running? You can see this number on the plugin manager page. The reason we are asking because 6.9.6 is one of our new versions that came out this year, a 2016 version would be much older.

Yes, I am sure. I just checked again; I don’t recall updating it, but maybe there was an auto update. Here is what I see in my plugins page:

What I really need to do is to export the CSV, but it is just not working. Is the file just too large? I have 48,000 items. Here is the url that is generated when I try to export: https://www.skilledatlife.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php?action=ebd.csv&table=wp_ebd_posted_data

Yes, you can update plugin and this doesn’t remove any data from this database.

In regards to exporting the CSV, the url provided is an admin URL (https://www.skilledatlife.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php?action=ebd.csv&table=wp_ebd_posted_data), so we don’t have an access to this and can’t judge about wha is happening there. Probably there’s some conflict or general problem with server settings.
