Will upgrade the plugin with WP 3.5?

I agree, this is a great plugin and worth the upgrade to 3.5!

https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/groups – Groups is another great plugin. However, it focuses mainly on capabilities of users as oppose to the Groups themselves.

Found another one – https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/contexture-page-security/ does exactly the same thing and works in 3.5
