How are you translating?
Are you using Loco Translate or something else ?

For Loco Translate if you set translation folder at Author then update will delete Translations, it should be System.

You should follow this for any plugins.

It’s great know that you have translate WCfM in French. Do you want to contribute it to our core? It will be pleasure for us. In that case update will no matter as well.

myCred works very ?very? well with woocommerce as an internal payment system with ewallet like. But unfortunatly users can’t see their ewallet inside your front end solution :((
My question to you is: Can you see the integration of myCred directly in front end for users ?

French translation is required, I think, because WC Lovers are serious people about that plugin! I find this plugin very high quality. I see many ways (revenu potential) for paid add-ons too before going for full pro version of WCFM.

Is there a way we can work together to translate the plugin into french ?
