will you support v1.10 ?

    and just to let you know they now have osTicket Core, v1.10-rc.3 out.

    I saw, altho i can say RC’s still have their draw backs (atleast in my last tests it generated some additional emails from email cron on replies etc).

    We are currently working on a major update version (which took way longer then expected) which is near it’s finishing stages (still some issues with design which should be resolved soon hopefully).

    Once thats resolved we spinn up some tests including with the RC release. to which we can estimate if it’s some simple fixes or again major changes needed.

    if / when major changes are needed it will most likely take a month minimum to patch up.
