Willing to pay for development of DAILY Voting/Rating Plugin

I have searched on all of the forums, checked out tons of pages of plugins but to no avail. At this point we’re willing to provide a small development payment to have this kind of plugin developed. We really just want to be able to record votes daily for posts on our site https://www.dukechange.org. We used to be on Drupal and while Drupal is terrible in terms of user interface, it did have a daily voting feature. Can somebody please help out on this?
