    Hi to the team,

    How to change the background color of the chat window? The background is white and the problem is that the fonts are invisible because of a very light gray.

    Hi there!

    If you have dark website, you can try dark mode css:
    https://www.wordplus.org/knowledge-base/dark-mode-with-css/

    In other case you need to tune background with CSS yourself to make it work perfectly with your website.

    Hi!
    The problem I’m having is just on mobile. On the PC, the dark theme is active, everything is ok.
    In which css should I go to change the parameters of the window so that it is no longer white on the phone?

    Not sure about that, the CSS provided in that article is applied to both – mobile and desktop.

    If that does not work on your mobile – there should be something else at your website which blocking that CSS from mobile device.
