Windows IIS Server -> Minify unable to access folder

Hi, I’m trying to use the w3 total cache plugin. It already helped me a lot by caching pages when users are not logged in. But I really need help for minifying the js and css. It seems like the URL rewrite is not working for me as I am using Windows IIS server and don’t have htaccess to make the configuration.

Do you know where I can get information on how to set up the web.config file as I am getting the following error when minifying the js and css:
W3 Total Cache error:It appears Minify URL rewriting is not working. Please verify that the server configuration allows .htaccess. Unfortunately minification will not function without custom rewrite rules.
