windows install problem

  • I have uploaded the latest WP files.

    Created a MySql DB using HELM.

    Created a MySql user.

    At first I did see DB connection error but I uploaded the wp-config.php file again and it went away.

    Now I only get a blank page in the admin and in the main site. I uplaoded a file “test.php” and it displayed fine.

    Other WP sites (older version) are running on this server and lot’s of PHP apps.

    MySql V 5.0.41.
    PHP V 4

    Any ideas?
