Windows Live Writer Corrupts Posting

I have 2 sites Built with Latest 2.8.2 mu.
https://supari.org only one main blog
https://mynation.net/docs/ Directory Blog.

Both are using same theme.
All settings of sites are same.

but when you post from Live Writer https://supari.org it Post as i formated.
but to https://mynation.net/docs/ it corrupts, adding extra “p” and remove all formating even line breaks.

anyone know what may be the Problem
