Windows OS not displaying correctly but iOS works fine?

    Hello and thanks for considering my trauma! I have an issue with all Windows OS (all versions)not showing all of my pictures? The site loads but lots of pictures have disappeared? The News page is an example in point. lyndhurstlodge.org/news.

    All iOS versions mobile, tablet including the MacBook work fine. Ive followed all the suggested routes in the forum but no luck and any suggestions would be grateful.Thank you

  • Hi @freemanson8012,

    TIFF is not a format suitable for images on the Internet, and it is poorly supported. Instead, you should use WebP, JPG or PNG

    thank you so much for the advice what confused me was that things were ok in iOS but not Win. Anyway I’ve changed the Tiffs to JPEG and all is well thank you.
