    How do you set up which email service is used when emailing winners? When I try to email a winner the local machine Outlook email is automatically triggered, as opposed to the SMTP configuration my WordPress site uses for all emails.

    Hi, The Giveaway plugin does not send email. It just provide the email of the winner and then you can manually email them. Please let me know if you have any more questions.

    Ok, thanks. When hovering over the winner’s name there’s an “email winner” link, which is a standard html email link, and it launches Outlook. Is there a way to connect that link to another email service?

    That link just use your default Mail Client on your computer.
