Winning bid notification not received to the winner

    I installed free version of ultimate auction.

    Selected: Allow users to bid without login as well.
    Placed a bid with name and email.
    Received notification about placing the bid with subject: You recently placed a bid on the product …..
    Also Received notification about getting outbid with subject: You have been outbid on the product ….
    But not getting email notification when an item is won. This notification is not received to the admin and also not to the winner. Can you pls help.

    Could you please test and see if last email went to your spam folder? If not, please write to nitesh[at]auctionplugin.net so that I could then see your problem if you dont want to post site details here.

    I have just installed this and I am getting the same problem.
    I have tested the auction and also get the email that I have placed a bid and also an outbid email.
    I do not get the winning bid email.
    Please help.
    I have checked spam folder and not in there.

    Hi,

    If you are sending to nitesh[at]auctionplugin.net, it should not bounce. Please check and then try.

    One other thing that you should check about this problem is that make sure that under WP admin panel -> Ultimate auction -> Payment -> Paypal -> Mandatory Settings. Click it and ensure you configure those inside your paypal account.
