Wiped out wordpress

  • By mistake I loaded files to my public_html file for my main site,
    I am using the multi site function. Is there any way to reload
    wordpress without wiping out all my other files. Fantasico will
    not let me reload as I can still access wp-admin.
    Any ideas, there was no back up made.
