WISDM Group Registration

Problem with /product/ pages.
/product/xxx displays selection screen including choice of individual or group, number of seats desired and provides for adding Group Name.

Works fine first time ordering product.
second time same user goes in to order same product, Group Name is fixed, cannot be changed.

Tried deactivating W3 Cache, no effect.
