Wish folder do not RESET after Synch

    Coming from Opencart where it is a piece of cake to handle thousands of images by simply placing them in a folder for Opencart to read, it becomes a REAL CHALLENGE to upload 7000+ images in WP.
    FREE Media Library helped considerably. The only irritating and time consuming thing is that we have to sync it ONE DIRECTORY AT A TIME. And to top it all off, the directory structure RESETS to main folders EVERY TIME we synch a sub-folder.

    Now imagine doing this for 10 main folders, 60 sub folders, 300 sub-sub-folders & so on! IT IS A PAIN and takes away the basic essence of EASE from the plugin !!

    My only request is to
    1) PLEASE allow COMPLETE SYNC for Folders and Sub-Folder in ONE CLICK

    and if you must EARN off of this feature then

    2) AT LEAST DO NOT RESET folder hierarchy EVERY TIME we SYNC a FOLDER- we have to drop down in the hierarchy by clicking on each folder again and again

    Howdy and thanks for the feedback. We really appreciate it. We do.

    Alan and I will put this one on the list after we chat about it. It’s a good point.

    Right now we are smack in the middle of a massive addon. It’s probably 3 weeks. But we will let you know where this is before that.

    So 3 star reviews are not helpful to plugins. They actually hurt our average in a way that is hard to overcome. Please consider raising your rating.

    We can see what can be done to fix the reset the folder tree appearance. Now the Pro version does sync multiple folders, but we did not develop it to import massive numbers of images. If you tried to import 7,000 images you are likely to get a server time out error at some point because the server was too busy.

    we at basics.pk do appreciate your efforts and never want to hurt your business or efforts in any ways.

    I have changed the ratings to 5.

    Thank you Alan for considering to fix the reset of folder tree – this would help A LOT. Appreciate your efforts for writing a very important plugin without which its nearly impossible to handle large Media files in WP.
