Wish I could vote zero stars

I honestly wish I never installed this plugin, I aldo did the big mistake of paying the high ticket price for the add on’s

This is what I encountered from a plugin function standpoint.

1. After importing my product, I had to go into each product and manually un-select “taxable” then Update the product, then re-select taxable then update again. WHAT A PAIN! this was the only way my products were accurately taxed.

2. The variations addon never worked. Through e-mail; the developer actually told me I found a bug based on what I wanted to do….I was just looking to set bundled products with product variations.

3. The attributes addon never worked.

4. Now with the latest update. My products are not appearing from a product search using the woocommerce search widget

I have spent hours trying to figure out this plugin bundle and every time I end up going into each product to manually change things, or entering product myself.

This is what I encountered from a support standpoint.

1. My initial response from the developer took about 4 days and 2 emails. Then after I had to send nasty emails just to get a response.

2. I have asked for a refund numerous times. The developer has ignored all my requests.

3. There is zero support.
Be warned: You will be on your own if you use this plugin.
There is one video on Youtube and it just shows the basic import. That’s it

I’m not one to write nasty reviews. But this was a complete rip off. There are many other options out there from reputable developers who offer good support.
