Wish "Lock Out Log" could include a DATE Column

I love this PLUGIN. It works great, and it helps me stay on top of the security measures that I have for each one of my sites.
While exploring the setting page again. I only see a Lock Out Log that is limited on the information I see. I wish there was a date column that could show me the last time that user was last locked out. It does not need to show me each lock out, but if I could at least see the date of the last lockout for that user name attempt, that would be great. And if the log could also include the IP address of the computer trying to log on using the user name in question….that would be beyond awesome.
Just thoughts for the creator of this plugin.
