Wish to bypass Twitter's QUICK READ

Hello All,

I am very new to WP and I am hoping someone will help me out here. I am using a plugin – SNAP (Social Network Auto Poster) and automatically post my blog on Twitter & Facebook. I realized that when an Android phone user clicks on my Twitter post, the link to my blog opens in a QUICK READER.

This is hurting the performance as I am not able to promote other posts with my “RECOMMENDED READ”. Is there a solution to this?

P.S. Not sure how my blog behaves when one tries to open in iOS or Win Mobile platform.
