Related question. My template in the left sidebar shows Links then Categories. I would like to reverse their order. Where do I go? And to change the head “Categories” to something else — where to I go for that? I have looked.

Check the index.php, and juggle things around there. You can change the word “Categories” too.

I juggled my index.php file and it screwed my entire page, leaving a bit of the graphics and a few lines of copy. I did save the original and put it back together. But now I am scared. Is there a step-by-step on this for truly old slow moving guys?

(I hate indented code myself, so my index file has almost none, and I separate out code into little chunks so I know not only whats what but also how I can swap things around. Maybe I should do a page on that ……)
