Wishlist

  • The free version of the wishlist has been working fine, but for some reason users are just getting a page that shows no products

    I think I’ve fixed it, I’ve got redis running, when I disable that it comes back

    I have the same problem after updating the plugin the wishlist dosent worn any more

    Do you have any caching plugin active? or cache at the server level? If so, we recommend you enable AJAX loading in the plugin, and also add the following cache exclusions:

    – [ add the url of the page wishlist ]
    – [ add the url of the page wishlist ]/* (for all wishlist page endpoints)
    – add yith_wcwl_session_* cookies

    It has done it again, is there anyway I can export the user whishlist so at least I can let them know what they have while waiting for a fix

    Hello there,

    Do you have the cache plugin disabled? If so, you may have server-level caching, and you should contact your hosting support to disable it.

    At the moment, it is not possible to export the wishlist.
