If it is to add it specifically to your wordpress menu you would need to do it via custom coding.

I think that this should be a feature of of the box – no need for custom coding.
Can You provide a custom code for it?

From what I understand that you are asking for, this cannot be a feature out of the box as every user has a different way of using the wishlist plugin.
