I need to know how to use Wishlist shortcodes while utilizing the editing features and functions of Beaver Builder.

I had a page designed with Beaver Builder but after adding the shortcode I need under the Text tab, the formatting is now gone.

Can someone tell me how to use both Text based shortcodes and Beaver builder formatting.

    Hey @dpalmer4217,

    Thanks for posting!

Is it possible to share the URL of the page you’re working on so we can check? You can also include another page whose builder’s layout is working so we can compare. ??

    Unfortunately, it’s not that easy.

The pages we are looking at are within WordPress, within a Membership application called Wishlist Member. Looking at them from the outside doesn’t help.

    Let me explain.

First issue is the difference in formatting between this CORRECT page [https://www.platinumpath.co/members]

and this INCORRECTLY formatted page [https://www.platinumpath.co/members-test/]

The difference between the 2 pages is that the CORRECTLY formatted page DOES NOT have any shortcodes added.

The INCORRECTLY formatted page HAS the shortcodes added.

The shortcodes are like this [wlm_private “Module 1”] [/wlm_private]. These codes need to go around the links on this page and they need to be entered into the “Text” version of the WordPress page.

These shortcodes work, once entered, but then the formatting disappears.

How can I get Beaver Builder to maintain its format while allowing for me to add the shortcodes??

    Hey @dpalmer4217,

Do you think you can send us a note via the form below(General Inquiry) and we’ll take it from there? ??
    https://www.wpbeaverbuilder.com/contact/

You can include a link to this thread so you don’t have to repeat everything, and so we can keep it updated.

Let me know once you’ve filled up the form so we can check our mailbox. ??
