    I have been working with Wishlist Member Support for the last week, and their tests have shown that the Turnstile plugin prevents existing customers from registering for new product purchases when it is active.

    I have a video they made for me showing the steps they took showing the conflict.

    There are sensitive details in the video so I will not post it here but will provide it to you when asked.

    Thank you in advance for taking a look at this. Your plugin works perfectly except for this. If you need admin access, please let me know and I’ll provide it.

    FIXED!

    Turns out there was nothing wrong with the plugin.

    The problem was (only when the buyer has an existing account) when Wishlist Member and Warrior Plus sent the buyer back to the products registration/login page, the buyer was told their existing account did not exist. If it were a new buyer without an existing account, then there would be zero issues.

    I checked the boxes as shown in the image and viola – several tests now show that setting is working for what I need.
