I’m sorry for your issue, but it seems an action hooked up twice, and I cannot debug the problem, without testing your code

Anyway, I can help you with a workaround; please, try to add this css rules at the end of style.css file of your theme

.single-product .product .summary .yith-wcwl-add-to-wishlist:nth-child(5) {
    display: none;
}

I have a same problem.. so I add this css rules at the end of my /wp-content/themes/mediacenter – style.css file
It doesn’t seem to work for our site properly..
