With CF7, v 5.1.1 | adding reCAPTCHA v3 keys | all email from form fails as spam

Hello.
I’ve seen a few queries on this, but haven’t found a solution.
I have a CF7 form, ver 5.1.1, WP ver5.1.1.
All works, I can send email successfully.
Generated and added v3 reCAPTCHA keys via integration tab and saved.
Immediately 100% all attempts to send email via the form fail, with the SPAM error message (confirmed by changing the spam error message for the form).
Removing the reCAPTCHA keys, allowed the form to work again.
I also have the Flamingo plugin installed, and “marked” email that had been flagged as spam to be “not spam”.
Refreshed the page with the form, all still fails to send.
Not sure how to proceed.

If you’ve registered correctly for reCAPTCHA v3 (by following the instructions at reCAPTCHA (v3)) & it’s working, you should now see the reCAPTCHA Privacy badge displayed at the bottom of every page on your site (not just the pages where you’ve got CF7 forms).
If the reCAPTCHA badge is not showing, this shows that reCAPTCHA v3 is not working on your site.
If you are sure you’ve registered correctly for reCAPTCHA v3, it’s possible your theme does not properly load JavaScript in the footer area of each page.
Switch temporarily (nothing will be lost when you switch back) to a WP default theme to see if the problem goes away.
If this fixes the problem & you can’t get your theme fixed, you might try using Contact Form 7 – reCaptcha v2 in addition to Contact Form 7. Once installed and configured it offers the same reCaptcha functionality you are used to in previous versions of Contact Form 7 (recommended by CF7 plugin author).
