    Hi there,

    Thanks for the great plugin. I have another question. My client wants double opt in disabled but if I put that in the settings then the subscriber isn’t added to the MailChimp list – do you know why this could be happening?

    Hi,

    Maybe the email is blocked from signing up (this happens when the email is used a number of times to test stuff on MailChimp, it will be banned for signing up too many times).

    Or, MailChimp blocked that account for single sign-up. For example when some subscribers unsubscribe with the messages “never subscribed to this” or when too many receivers have marked the email as spam.
    You can check the log on the Other page of our plugin and the API log in your MailChimp.com account under account – settings – extra – api for more information.
