With Forge Active, I can't add or save new widgets to widget areas

    I have Forge Active and I want to add a new widget to a registered sidebar area, I can’t. I drag it over. Save the settings. It neither shows up on the front ent and when I return the the widgets pages in the admin area, it’s gone. Any widgets that were set up before Forge are there still.

    Also, this plugin is VERY sluggish and stalls out in FireFox latest.

  • Will look into it. Hopefully I can have a fix out by tomorrow at most.

    Where is the plugin becoming sluggish? Any specific details will really help.

    EDIT:

    Found the issue! I’ve pushed out version 1.2.5 which should fix the widget saving/loading issue.

    Regarding the sluggishness, I’d still like to know where it feels the slowest, so I can try and optimize the plugin for maximum speed.
