With MaxCDN, only last CNAME being used

Hello,
In order to get some pipelining I’ve defined 5 CNAMEs for my MaxCDN custom URL in W3TC and in my MaxCDN pull zone, and naturally also added them to my DNS settings pointing to my MaxCDN URL. However, when I check my site with Pingdom Tools, only the last CNAME is ever hit, and it is used for everything requested from the CDN — CSS, JS, images, etc. Is there a known issue here?
