With the last update, my forms has lost the styles

Hello, when we do the last update, on our blog, some forms has lost the styles. As you can see in https://blog.wanabet.es/tenis/cuanto-cobran-las-tenistas-las-cifras-que-desvelan-las-diferencias-con-los-hombres/, sidebar form has the correct styles, but bottom form has lost the styles. If I go into the admin form page, I can see the form as the form can be viewed in page, but, i.e, on both forms we have the same color for title, but in one works and on the other no.
Can you help me, please?
