with the lock of breaks everything file

hi, contact for UAM plugin. my need is to make the link to the locked file if taken out from the reserved area. as other reviewers have pointed out repeatedly, activating the LOCK FILES, problems arise. in my case they disappear css and all the text-only site becomes. I did various tests locally on the Mac but it looks like .htaccess file created blocks everything. There are solutions? I’ve found them in response to similar questions to mine.
