    Hello, we attempt to approve a withdrawal request in Dokan Admin menu. The icon spins around and goes nowhere. Nothing appears in WooCommerce error logs, but the console shows the following:

    /wp-json/dokan/v1/withdraw/19:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

    DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for
    wp-content/plugins/dokan-lite/assets/js/createDidHook.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

    Not sure if it is related to Vue or something else, but please advise. Thank you!

  • Hello @refluxcomponents ,

    I can be related to Vue. However, please try after deactivating all plugins except Dokan and WooCommerce.

    Let me know how it goes.

    Thank you ??

    Hello @refluxcomponents

    Regarding your issue, I experienced what you had before, my symptoms were as follows
    1- vendor page doesn’t display correctly and while clicking on Approved or pending numbers change.
    2- same thing with withdrawal request numbers changes while switching between approved and canceled and pending requests doesn’t show up even if they show up and tried to approve it or cancel it keeps loading and spinning.
    3- switching on or off modules not working.

    here what I did to fix it. I have been hosting my site throw Cloudflare and having my SSL active. so I switched back to my origin hosting server in my case “google cloud” . and installed ssl over my orign using letsencrypt and it where sometimes work and sometimes didn’t , i switched back to cloudflare and installed the origin certificate and made my website run over Ful(strict) option and wait 6 hours until it takes effect . and now it runs smoothly ever since

    Summery your issue related to SSL problem

    hope you find this information useful have a great day
