    Hi,
    I’ve setup Dokan Lite for a recent e-commerce I made for a client. it works great, thank you! However, we are on the final stages and I noticed what seems to be a major bug with the Withdrawal Balance. It is not adding up correctly. It’s actually giving me a negative number. I’m afraid customer will think im trying to scam them.

    I created a product for TTD $1200. And placed an order, and marked it as completed: https://imgur.com/TDlKUXu

    Now when i go to the withdrawal I get and error saying I don’t have enough funds to withdraw (even tho minimum is set to 10), and a negative balance: https://imgur.com/s4ESZr6
    It also says I have already withdrawn -120TTD, which is just not possible…

    What could this be?

    I also found that the Notice prompting sellers to set up a payment method when no method has been set is not working. I managed to make it work through the child theme with an IF statement that checked if the method of payment was NULL. As i noticed that once it was set once, it would always come as true, even if you deleted the paypal email, for example.

    I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. To help you resolve the issue I need to know the below details from you.

    1. In Dokan > Settings > Withdraw Option which status is selected as the ‘Order Status for Withdraw’?

    2. In Dokan > Settings > Withdraw Option what value is set as ‘Withdraw Threshold’

    I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins, the theme and the child theme. And the error persists. As you can see in the image below, it gives me a negative balance:
