Withdrawal doesn’t seem to work

  • Hello,

    We have a WCFM and agreed to a withdrawal by bank transfer inquiry. The original amount was paid by the customer through Stripe. The withdrawal is marked as ??complete?? but the vendor did not receive the amount and nothing appears in Stripe.

    What should be done?

    Bank Transfer is a manual withdrawal method.

    Admin has to pay amount manually to vendor’s bank account.
