withdrawal doesn’t work

    Hi,

    I set up Dokan lite. It works fine for everything except the withdrawal.

    The withdrawal process reports no error and seems to work fine.

    The request was done on Oct 12 and 5 days have passed.

    WP: 4.8.2
    Dokan lite: 2.6.8
    Woocommerce: 3.1.2

    I mean the money doesn’t split between the site owner and a vendor.

    Hello @wxia0822hotmailcom,

    The withdrawal system is not meant to automatically send money to vendors. The site admin should manually send the money to corresponding seller account after a withdrawal was approved. You may go through this doc to understand how you can utilize the withdraw option for sellers.

    If you want to make automatic commission disbursement then you need to use PayPal Adaptive payment or Stripe as your marketplace payment gateway.

    Is there any hook available which I can use to execute my own codes when Admin accept the withdrawal request from admin area.
