Withdrawl request wont do anything

    Hi,

    First of all great plug in i love it so far!

    For some reason when I create a vendor, give it some commission and then click withdraw request, nothing seems to happen on the page (vendor dashboard) or on the administration account (word press admin)

    What exactly is suppose to happen when a withdrawal request is made?

    What should I do?

    Thanks a lot for the appreciation. When you apply for a withdraw request, an email is sent to the vendor notifying about their request. In addition to this, a new task is added in admin’s to-do list section( Wp-admin>>WCMp>>To-do list). If the admin has enabled PayPal Masspay option then upon approval, the requested withdraw is disbursed to the vendor’s PayPal account. In absence of PayPal Masspay, admin would have manually transfer the requested amount if he thinks the request is valid. Admin can also reject the request by vendor and this.

    To test this feature, login as vendor and create a product. As admin make sure that commission is enabled. Commission can be set up in 3 ways- globally, vendor specific or product specific. Next order the concerned product as a customer or even as admin. Once the order status changes to processing, vendor would see this order under Orders table. Orders for which the vendor is yet to apply for withdraw, have a checkbox beside the order number. As per your need, select one or multiple checkbox and then click on “Withdraw request”.

    thanks for following up. I honestly started using something else (it better suited my application) so im not really sure what the problem was.
