Wix to WordPress

Hi yall,

Jan from South Africa here.

I am building my friend a site for his business for free and he is pretty dead set on having the site look something like the following wix template.

Any themes, plugins and advise on how I can accomplish this?

I understand it is a bit vague of a question but help would be appreciated?
