Wizard says setup completed OK, but brings me back to step 1

  • Hi,
    I have just downloaded and uploaded the Ptengine plugin in my wordpress (4.5.2). In Ptengine > Setting:
    – At setup wizard step 1: I provided the login/pass of the Ptengine account created a few minutes earlier on ptengine.com
    – At setup wizard step 2: I ticked the checkbox “choose a current profile” and selected the only profile I have created on ptengine.com a few minutes earlier
    – Setup wizard step 3 stated “Profile successfully created” and proposed the button “Get Started now”. I clicked that button, and Setup Wizard steps 1 got displayed again…
    I redid the 3 steps several times and got the same result each time.
    https://reportv3.ptengine.com shows no traffic for my website (whereas my Google Analytics shows that there is traffic) >> it looks like the plugin setup failed.
    Any idea why?
