• Hello,

I just noticed when cleaning the cache and somebody loads a page on his mobile device, this mobile version gets cached and presented to all Desktop-Browsers from that time on, until the cache is cleared again.
    I never noticed that before…

I am using WiziApp for the mobile style, which is only presented to mobile smartphones, this works for long time and pretty good.

WPFC should detect if a mobile device calls an yet uncached page and then don’t build the cache from that output…

Any ideas how to fix that? Update?

    Thanks,
    Marcel

WPFC already has such feature. The cache does not work for Mobile devices. I will test WiziApp and inform you.

it works for me fine. Can you tell me your url please?

    sure.

On the mainpage and almost all other pages, everything is correct:
    https://www.fkk-hawaii.de/

but one page is cached as the mobile WiziApp-Page for Desktop-Browser:
    https://www.fkk-hawaii.de/die-anfahrt/

This is now until the cache is rebuild, hope you check this in time before a new cache is done (posting new article ect)

The Sourcecode says “generated by WPFC…” so I think is true that it did not detect the mobile browser properly when building the cache and so took this mobile-view into the cache for all.

Another thing causes this issue but I fixed it. Can you delete the plugin and download again please?

Thanks, I downloaded the Plugin and uploaded it again, then cleared the cache and now wait if this appears again. If so, I write you here. Thanks again.

…just for my interest: what was the problem?

I am working on premium version. In the premium version there will be “mobile cache”.
