WLCMS option not in Settings

    Hi, White Label CMS settings don’t seem to show up. I toggled the plugin’s activation but to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the plugin. I’ve investigated the?issue you’re having, but I was unable to replicate the issue. I suggest you try resetting the plugin. You can find the ‘Reset’ option before ‘Deactivate’ in the White Label CMS section on the plugins page.?Additionally, it’s a good idea to clear your cache if you have that feature active, as it might resolve the issue.

    Thanks for your reply, Jhay. I didn’t develop the site so I am not sure what configurations are in place so I’m hesitant to reset it. I did try the caches though.

    Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately, it appears that the developer has restricted access to the WLCMS settings page. To regain control, you’ll need to reset it.
